Overview: Supremacy of the Constitution, definition of Nepal as a secular federal democratic republic, sovereignty, national interests, official language, flag, anthem and coat of arms.
The Constitution of Nepal (2015) is systematically divided into the following 35 Parts. Each part outlines specific constitutional principles, institutions, and rights, containing dedicated articles as listed below:
Overview: Supremacy of the Constitution, definition of Nepal as a secular federal democratic republic, sovereignty, national interests, official language, flag, anthem and coat of arms.
Overview: Provisions for citizenship by descent, birth, naturalization through marriage, Non-Resident Nepali (NRN) citizenship, and citizenship with gender identity.
