Article 164 Part 13 •Part 13 – Provincial Executive

Article 164 – Qualifications of Provincial Head

Any person with the following qualifications shall be eligible for the post of the Provincial Head:

  • (a)
    has attained 35 years of age,
  • (b)
    is eligible to be a member of the Federal Parliament, and
  • (c)
    is not ineligible by any law.
